The play opens in Greeteeth Grotto, home to a gang of nasty fairies
known as the Greencoaties, headed by Gwyllion Greenteeth
They hate Christmas and despise Santa Claus and his elves
When Santa advertises for a toy maker elf, Gwyllion plants a spy in Santaʼs workshop
The spy learns of a Magic Bird that is being made for an orphan boy and Gwyllion is determined to get her hands on this prize
After some surprising twists and turns and lots of help the Greencoaties are thwarted and all ends happily
