Wealthy Harvey Hare runs for mayor of Evergreen Valley with underhand methods his employee, Toby Tortoise, discovers the truth and the stage is set for the race of all time

And so it`s a race between the fast and the slow, big and small and the right and the wrong

But who will win?

Aimed at 7-12 year olds, it runs about 60 minutes
