Suggested Age Range : 11 upwards - best with a wide range. Running Time : 105 minutes + interval/s - Music : A mixture of group and solo items of varying range; accompaniment written for seven-piece ensemble but could be simplified. Set: Prologue in an Irish hovel; Act I on a Liverpool dockside; Act II on board ship. The date is 1850.
