Rock A-Round Robin - A Family Musical

The traditional story takes another unexpected turn as it emerges that Robin Hood and his Band were in fact a Rock Group, who used the opportunity provided by the Grand Minstrel Contest, and even that of Robin's arrest, to expose the Sheriff's double dealing and then to give their own Royal Command Performance!

Suggested Age Range : 8 to 13. Running Time : 90 minutes + interval/s Music : Mostly rock 'n' roll but some period music. Solos and group numbers. Ideally small rock band but piano/keyboards would suffice. Set : A glade in Sherwood Forest; the sheriff's castle; a dairy; a village green and a dungeon.
