Mehuja! - A Musical Play

Five evacuees find themselves lodged with a farmer's widow, who exhorts them not to venture into the old barn. Of course they do and thence through a mysterious hole into another world, another dimension. The Mehujans are ruled by a tyrannical robot whose power extends over the children as well until its human origins give an unexpected twist to the tale.

Suggested Age Range: 8 to 13. Running Time: 80 minutes + interval - Music : Written for small band but feasible with keyboard(s) only. Set: 1940: Outside a railway station; a farm barn; a farm kitchen and a large open area - the land of Mehuja!
