Holes For Us to Breathe - based on the true story of the Californian Grey Whales trapped by ice in Alaska in 1988, the play sees the predicament from the point of view of the whales themselves. As they attempt to stay alive, helped by humans, they discuss many aspects of humanity and man's treatment of nature, as well as telling their own endearing story in a telling yet humorous style

Cast - M2,F1. Suggested Age Range : 15 upwards. Running Time : 45 minutes - Set : The Arctic seabed. Can be as intricate or simple as desired, either accurate or impressionistic.

The Damn Fine Road - the play follows the Works Controller as he pushes all obstacles aside to build his new road. The humour, which is often quite black, serves to reveal the more serious consequences which the road's arrival is having on the countryside and on the Controller himself.

Cast : M4,F2 + crowd. Suggested Age Range : 13 to 18. Running Time : 30 minutes. Set : Simple and flexible, to include an office, a flat, and a road construction site.
