El Dia de los Muertos (The Day of the Dead), a Mexican celebration, is a day to celebrate, remember and prepare special foods in honor of those who have departed.

It is believed that the spirit of the dead visit their families on October 31 and leave on November 2

Monica is taking Dia de Los Muertos very seriously as she builds an altar and prepares the 'ofrenda' to celebrate the life of her grandfather

Her friends are willing to partake in her endeavor and ask her about the tradition

But tease her for getting upset that gummy bears are placed on the altar!

Together, she and her friends discover the mystery and pleasure of this ancient tradition

The Play runs about 10 minutes and is offered her in both English and Spanish
